One elegant year. > > Elegant Days — Vol. 1 is an original anime art collection of 500 full-page illustrations that follows ten adult women — gentle Mio, refined Rin, bright Saki, travelling photographer Yuna, pâtissier Kaede, architect Aoi, barista Yui, designer Mei, inn hostess Kana and editor Riko — through the seasons and the small, beautiful scenes of everyday life: afternoon tea on a café terrace, cherry blossoms in a spring park, a summer festival in an indigo yukata, a grand old library in the rain, a pottery studio, a vineyard in autumn, a mountaintop at dawn, a Christmas market under falling snow. > > Every illustration is a complete scene, painted in rich detail — the fashion, the place and the light telling the story together.
