Japan Kanji Friends Vol.12 Coloring Book for Kids

About this book

Japan Kanji Friends Vol.12 Coloring Book for Kids — Book 15 of the Kana Friends, and the FIRST book of fifth grade! Japanese fifth graders learn 193 kanji. This book brings you the FIRST 50 of them (Kanji 603-652), each with its ON and KUN readings, a real example word, and a friendly picture of exactly what the kanji means. Color the big kanji, color the picture, say the sounds out loud — that is how Japanese kids learn, too. Dance under cherry blossoms, sail down the river, ride with the ambulance helpers, meet the cutest puppy in Japan, cheer with pom-poms, wash your hands with soap bubbles — and finish at the adventure flag on top of the mountain! Finishing this book gives you 652 kanji friends, and grade 5 has just begun. Includes a gallery of all 50 friends and a Great Job certificate. For ages 4-8. Written and created in Japan by Aki Wakamatsu, Takikawa TOKOTOKO Kids LLC.
